How to book a session...

Booking requirements....

A  retainer of  30% of the desired package is due at booking to secure your appointment and my current pricing. This amount is applied towards your balance, and the final payment is due the day of the session.

When to book your maternity session...

 The ideal time for your maternity session to take place is between 32-36 weeks of pregnancy.I recommend booking at least one month in advance.

When to book your newborn session…
It is ideal to book your session in the second trimester of pregnancy to insure a place on my calendar. The best time to photograph a newborn baby is when they are under two weeks of age, after two weeks babies are a little harder to settle and things like colic and baby acne can start to flare up. You can contact me at any time during your pregnancy to give me an estimated due date. Once a deposit on the session fee is made I will  make a tentative booking  around the time of your due date and when you arrive home from the hospital with your sweet baby you can contact me to arrange a suitable time and day for your session.

Where your session is held…
Your newborn session will take place in my home studio located in Morristown, TN. Maternity, family and child sessions may be either in studio, outdoors, or on location.

How long will your session take...
Maternity sessions last about 45 minutes. Family and Child sessions last an hour to 1.5 hours. Newborn sessions can take 3-4 hours, allowing enough time for feeding and comforting. Milestone Session take about 30-45 minutes. I set aside the hours of  9 am-2 pm on Tuesday - Friday for newborn sessions.

Images...
About  2.5 weeks after your session, I will email you with a password for your private online proofing gallery. Your online gallery will contain the high resolution digital images included in your package.The online gallery will remain active for 14 days. Once full payment is received your prints will be ordered; they can take 2 weeks for delivery and longer for canvas prints or albums. Once the gallery has been closed there will be a $25 fee to upload your gallery for an additional 7 days.

Ordering...
You may order your selections directly from your online gallery. If you are interested in ordering an item you do not see available please contact me for a quote on pricing from my professional lab.

Terms...
Blissful Baby Studios reserves the right to use any photograph in any form such as, but not limited to, the use in advertising, reproduction, and copyright. All images are copyrighted by Blissful Baby Studios, even those you purchase.  Print-screening images from this website is against the law.  Prices are subject to change without notice and are non-negotiable. Prices are guaranteed for 30 days after your session. Due to the custom nature of photography and photographic products, no refunds will be issued. Purchaser is solely responsible for archiving images purchased. Blissful Baby Studios is not responsible for archiving digital images past image delivery through online gallery. By hiring  Blissful Baby Studios, you agree to these terms.
